Although it doesn't feel like it outside, we're almost at springtime! Over here, we are so excited about starting spring engagement sessions! This one is from last summer, but the colours and tones feel perfectly peachy for spring! Bring on the nice weather, and the fresh newly engaged faces!
We pulled this one from the archives from over a year ago! We love the gothic architecture of U of T - it's such a classic and romantic spot to make images in the heart of the city!
I feel like I can accomplish a lot. I've always been pretty much on the ball and a great multi-tasker. Then I met Jon and Zevi. Within 6 months, these 2 are renovating a house (a lot of it with their own two hands), planning a quick wedding, working full time, teaching over the summer and fitting in engagement sessions, friend/family wedding parties plus a ton more that I don't even know about! I bet these 2 are very much looking forward to a honeymoon this fall! #bringonthebeach !
It's about a month until these two tie the knot and what better way to celebrate than to reminisce on their engagement session last fall. These 2 had me in stitches the whole day as they told me stories and we conversed about our common love of football - although not the same team sadly! We are so looking forward to he end of next month!
These two! First off - they are getting married this weekend and I cannot wait - this is perfect timing to look back at their engagement session this past summer.
When Carly, Paul and I started talking about their engagement session, I asked them what they like to do and like most couples...especially during an Ontario winter...they said that they love to get cozy at home with a glass of wine and a favourite movie (or binge watch Netflix - maybe that's just me?!) I suggested that we start their session at home! They have a great condo with city views that let in amazing light and the views were an incredible backdrop for some fun shots of these two in their first place together. Most couples will move around a few times as they grow their family and these images will be a happy reminder of their first married days together in their cozy spot overlooking the city!
We're taking you back to the prettiest fall I can remember this past year when we had warm days in November! I was thrilled to take advantage of my personal favourite season of the year with Alexandra, Kyle and their adorable pup. When choosing an engagement location, I always ask my couples to try and think of a place that they love to go to together or a spot that is meaningful to them. These two love the outdoors and chose Springridge Farm for its beauty during the fall festival and Rattlesnake point - for its amazing natural features and high vantage point with views to the city. I can't wait until this coming Canada Day to celebrate with these two!
These two!! They met in elementary school and innocently had their first kiss together in the very spot the first few images below were taken. Umm, yep - we went there! These 2 had me laughing and giggling for well over two hours. Their love is sweet, honest, real and true and I adore them.
