I consider myself a fortunate person in many ways. In my career in particular, I've had the chance to be a part of so many love stories and meet some of the most amazing humans. I really do seem to attract the nicest, warmest couples whose love is simple, pure and true. These two are no exception. They are gentle, kind and sincere with each other and the people around them.....and they are adorable! Their wedding day this past November was a chilly one, but a simply beautiful one at one of my favourite venues to boot! We love Whistle Bear - its the most perfect, cozy spot for a large winter wedding. Thanks for braving the weather to all of you and your families. See, it doesn't even look cold in the images! xo
These two. Their love. I've known Erin for a long time and in that time I came to know a lot about her and one of those things in addition to her kindest and most loving spirit was that she deserved the perfect partner. One that would love her fully, completely and honestly. She found him and she married him this fall. A friend could want nothing more than a happiness that comes from a love like this. Erin and Adam, I am so glad you found one another and that I was there to witness your day. xo

At her brother's amazing farmhouse (that looks like it's out of a magazine, BTW and is available for events!), Lisa and Ryan had the most lovely intimate family filled wedding this summer. The company was incredible, the details gorgeous, the food amazing and the summer air - warm and breezy. It was the perfect day - more of these please!

It's about a month until these two tie the knot and what better way to celebrate than to reminisce on their engagement session last fall. These 2 had me in stitches the whole day as they told me stories and we conversed about our common love of football - although not the same team sadly! We are so looking forward to he end of next month!
Today we're sharing Carly and Paul's gorgeous March wedding! These two make love look as simple as breathing. That's just how easily they fit together. Their laughter, cuddles, dancing, hand holding and hugs are free and plentiful. Their creative and loving spirit inspire and effect contagiously everyone around them. How blessed were we to have some small part in their story?!
As a side note, you wouldn't believe it was a freezing cold day by looking at the photos - the details and the amazing wedding party (who were the most incredible troopers) make it look like a gorgeous spring day!

We have been just itching to share this wedding! We are finally able and I don't even know where to start. Mark and Albina (as well as their love) have captured me by the heart for sure! They both have creative souls and so much respect for the arts and for each other. I always felt like we could create something beautiful together with so much ease. They are kind, open, willing and excited about everything. The world is their oyster and I have really enjoyed being in their presence and learning from the way they live life. My heart is so full and thankful for having been a part of their lives and of their day.
We are excited to have had Mark and Albina's Graydon Hall Manor wedding featured in the 10th issue of Lavish Dulhan magazine! There are so many images and so much to share that we have broken this up into 2 posts. Today we'll share their ceremony and later on we will share their reception. As always it was an absolute pleasure working with Malvina of Fabulous Occasions - she is just incredible!

These two! First off - they are getting married this weekend and I cannot wait - this is perfect timing to look back at their engagement session this past summer.
When Carly, Paul and I started talking about their engagement session, I asked them what they like to do and like most couples...especially during an Ontario winter...they said that they love to get cozy at home with a glass of wine and a favourite movie (or binge watch Netflix - maybe that's just me?!) I suggested that we start their session at home! They have a great condo with city views that let in amazing light and the views were an incredible backdrop for some fun shots of these two in their first place together. Most couples will move around a few times as they grow their family and these images will be a happy reminder of their first married days together in their cozy spot overlooking the city!
